Money lost even after reporting a bribe.
We reported to the local CBI office, the demand to pay a bribe of Rs. 30,000 by a PF officer. As instructed by the CBI, we paid the money to the officer under the watchful eyes of the CBI. The officer was caught by the CBI and almost an year later thei CBI court found him guilty and convicted him. Our money, 30 notes of Rs. 1,000 each was kept in CBI custody as evidence ever since the day the officer was caught. Six years have gone and we are still waiting for our money.
