Dear All see the calculations -
A) For Every Purchase sell registration - the registrar and officer are paid around 3000/- to 5000 per document
B) For Every Entry of this registration on 7/12 By talathi takes approximately - 6000/- to 15000 /- rs
Now - There are around 20 + centers in Pune + Mulashi (Hinjewadi) + wadgaon (Mawal , Lonawala)
For registration -
Every center has say 240 days of working and on average they register 20 documents / day then -
TALATHI - Corruption is -
20 * 20 * 250 * 6000 = 60,00,00,000
Annual corruption / Year is around minimum 60 Cr per year in Pune just for 7/12 registration
I paid - 40,000 to Mr M. - talathi from a place nr Hinjewadi village R. (Now he is transfered to Wadgaon Mawal on Promotion) but this man didn't even do slightest work.
Can government charge officially 1000 rs and make sure that our enttry will be brought to 7/12 automatically without talthi's entry please
Note this is causing minimum 100 Cr Corruption / year /Metro city In Maharashtra -
