I have availed housing loan from SBI and had to mortgage my house property with the Sub-Registrar office. After paying the necessary fees tru DD and cash receipt they registered the document and then I had to pay a bribe of Rs.1000.00 to get the registered copy. All the bribe is collected by the peon under Boss fees.
