Hi

I have applied for mother name change in marks card with court decree and court order an it was month of july. I have applied in DDPI gulbarga and they said u go and follow up in bangalore.

Now when i went to abhiyog and vyag ilakhe in Kaveri bhavan to enquire the same.The person called Mr Navin says tht if i pay 5000rs to him then he is ready to process the same.

Kindly help me in the same please.
