My aforementioned Dates are tentatively correct for the bribe I paid to get my meter in my name which was in the builder's name before. I do not have time as our company was shifting from thane to pune, and I have other important household activities lined up so given bribe to get my meter in my name.
This itself took 3-4 months to happen. I am ashamed of myself due to this. Obviously no one wanted to give bribe.
