I was forced to pay a bribe of 60K by the Municipal authorities, after tough negotiations to get an official trade licence in the city of visakhapatnam. Very embarassing to learn that why should these guys take a bribe to give us the official proceedings as per law. What are they doing with their salaries? Why is there no action on them?
