Today i had to go to pune railway station to drop my friend i parked my bike inside station premise along with other bikes i was not aware that it was no parking area as there were 20 or more bike already parked when i came back i didn't my bike they one of the old man standing over there said to me that it was police parking area and my bike would at RTO office i immediately went there and i saw my bike outside RTO campus there were three man standing and and they immediate approached towards me, they asked for the license and papers (they were in civil dress ) i had only driving license at that moment they asked me 2300rs i requested them to reduce it and finally i had to give 900rs they took the money and allowed me to take my bike they din't give me any receipt neither i asked it for
