My Electricity was disconnected

UP Electricity Board person came in and he charged me Rs. 300 for reconnection and also took the cheque for the uppaid amount.

Then he asked for Rs. 200 for himself and his accomplice. I bargained for 100. I should not have paid it. But somehow by doing the work efficiently - they make you feel week. They make you feel as if they have done a favour to you and of course, you would need to pay something extra to them for this superfast service of connecting the meter.
