My family bound to pay more than 1 lacks for my sister's job in govt. sector.

I am Subhendu , in my family i am good enough in education in comparison to other. I have done my BE from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and now pursuing the Masters degree in Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore.
I(used to) love my parents like any other son and as per my opinion my father was one of the my idol whom i used to emulate as per principle of highest level is concerned . But i can't tell that word today with 100% confidence.I have not went home for last more than one and half years and have not seen my only sister's only daughter after her birth. And here it is why.............

The days i spent in home during my school life was good and joyfull. Me and my sister have spent the school life with mutual help though she was two class higher than me.And she was a good student also. After class-12 she went for BSc in Zoology and then MSc and then BEd. After my 12-class i wrote WBJEE got chance for BE in Jadavpur Universuty, Kolkata and after that got chance in IISc,Bangalore for ME in Aerospace.In between my sister had written the exam for primary teachers recruitment in West Bengal , she got selected in written but in Interview they asked something which is totally irrelevant with that context.But when result was out we found that those who got chance was of inferior standard but their parents are smart enough to know the exact scenario going behind the facade of fake interview call .They have paid bribe to get break the interview.These same people before the interview ********** was telling that whatever be the situation they will never indulge in unethical way to get something.

After two years.......

In between my sister has got married.And due to my study in IISc i am also not much in regular contact with my home .
She has written that same exam for Primary Teachers again.
I was in IISc , my mother called me and told that my sister finally got chance as Primary Teacher.I was so much pleased that i can't explain that moment , this is not because of that job but because of the triumph of a honest deserved candidate in this scam laden country. I was busy in my Lab on that day so i have not asked much at that time. After two days i called my sister to know the interview questions (because any interview questions are always generic and pretty interesting ) she told they have asked only her name(!) because my father has paid a lump-sum(more than 100000/-Rs).A heart breaking answer.......i told to give the phone to my mom and asked why they have given that money..... a convincing reply in favour of bribe......a buckled personality in front of a real challange in life.

You can ask why i have not taken the help of anti corruption department of India. Truly , they are like keeping a wolf in the charge of a sheep-hard.That money in the form of bribe will not be devoured only by the person who is taking it but the all person who are involved in the recruitment process.Sometimes in TV we can see they have nabbed a big bribe scandal these are just to make people foolish.

You can tell so why i am not joining hand with other to stop this types of corruption. Sorry , i can't give even a single hour to nab this worthless people , i want to be in my study , in my research and want to spend all my rest of life in research of Engineering and to solve unsolved mysteries of Science and Mathematics. And i know in the rest of the world there are plenty of places where i can do my research peacefully as most of the NRIs are doing and also after passing out from IISc as Masters that will also be within my reach.In a nation of more than 100 crore we can't change everything . When you go through a rural road and steps in a ant colony they will sting you . Do you go to the High Cort to lodge a case against them ?..... why not ... ant themselves are in wrong , a road is not to make a colony..... or do you pull each ant individually and kill them ? These are not possible because the sheer number.

Then you can ask why i am writing these here if i know the solution is not possible.....This is because "MY OWN COUNTRY WILL ALWAYS BE OF MINE"......wherever i go if i fail to produce the result as per their requirement they will fire me immediately but in my own country i can do whatever i think the best and as long as i think i am in right track , i don't need to vindicate it in front of any cheeky monkey.And also recism is another problem.

I do think , if we want to make our country free from the grip of these corrupted persons and want to pull the people from the poverty there are two ways........One is we should support for a parallel administration where there will always be a threat to the government to be overthrown by the parallel government if they do not serve as per grass-root people's requirement , which is already underway in that name of "NAXAL" and also has proven to be effective as you can see from the development in Jharkhand , Chattrisgarh , Bihar , Urissa and Tribal Zone of Bengal(i am from here) after people of that region embraced Naxal as their alternate government.But one problem in this method is the region will become highly unstable and corporate world will not invest in that region so if this method have to succeed that region have to be rich in mineral.

And another method is the nation wide awareness to make our country "BEST". For that we need a strong platform with very motivated , well-educated , honest non-governmental , non-corporate , non-political leaders in the fore-front. In a country , 100% can't be fraud-star or con-artist there will always be some good person but something is needed to drive their synergy towards an effective change .
