My Father is a Employee in Madhya Pradesh State Electric Board. He was intentionally transferred to a Small place far away.. and then Seniors asked him that if he pays 20,000rs he will be transferred back to where ever he wants.. he paid 20,000 but no order were Issued within 1month.. when he again aprochhed them, they want another 20,000rs my father declined.. but they said if u pay 20.000 now we will hand ur orders Just Now... and same happed.. We paid 40,000 for transfer....
