My friend applied for police head constable exam for indo-tibet border police and he need a medical fitness certificate. I and he went to government hospital to contact a gazzated doctor to get the medical fitness certificate. When we went there one lady doctor filled up the form and signed it, before she giving that certificte she asked us to give 200 rupees for her sign. I suddenly asked her why is this money for then she replied it is for government. I had some words with her about why we want to pay the money for this. Finally my friend given two hundred rupees and we go to get a seal from the attender. The attender was too busy with a pen and a seal and also busy with collecting money from the poor village peoples for their need of seal. We went to that attender and asked to press the seal. He pressed and asked to give the money urgently. We are shocked and given him 20 rupees after that he asked another 30 rupees. We again shocked and given it. Total we given him 50 rupees .
