Hi,
I had gone to US along with my company laptop. While coming back I bought a laptop from US for my personal use.
My mistake was I had not declared the office laptop while going.
The custom's officer kept my bag and said he will leave me only if I pay 10k. I was shocked and kept telling him that it is my personal laptop and I had taken the office laptop from Bangalore while going. Finally I settled for 7k and came out.
