My money got stuck after giveen bribery of Rs 1,10,000/-
There is a huge scarcity for pilots jobs in india.yes there is even if ppl don't think so.I got my Pilot licence in India 3 yrs back.After spending a massive amount of Rs 27 lacks for the course hoping for a good future.I got nothing but depression.So a neighbour of mine(tout) with a political background came up to me with an offer to get into *********.I refused at first hoping for any good luck.BUt waiting for another 4 months no jobs were out.In June 2009 she came up to me again saying ****** is adding a new fleet and they require pilots and I can get you fixed.Her nephew was working in ******* as AME.He told me the whole process that he also got into ******** through the same ppl(jugaad).They asked me6 lakhs in total. 1 lakh 10 thousand in advance for the application to be shortlisted then 3 lakh 90 thousand for later stages.I RECORDED THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ON MY MOBILE PHONE OF THE WHOLE PROCESS.MONTHS PASSED BY BUT NOTHING HAPPENED,I didn;t get a reply for my application in ******** .My neighbour asked me to wait for some time.Then After waiting for long ,I Asked my money back.The AME told me he had given the amount to his boss and he has distributed amongst ppl who were supposed to get the job done,so its gonna take some time to get it back.Whenever i call them,they ask for some more time to give the money back.And my neighbour always try to ignore the talk.I am already in debt of Rs 20 Lakhs due to my course fees for which i took a Bank loan and paying heavy interest every month.and now these ppl have made me crazy.I regret paying them bribe and had promised will never again bribe even a penny.BUT PLS IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK.I HAVE THEIR VOICE RECORDED.PLS HELP.I AM IN ********** *******
