My mother and brother forced to pay bribe for passport verification

At the time of passport verification, my brother and mother have forced to pay bribe of 200 for each (total 400 Rs) to the police inspector. Otherwise they said that they are not going to verify the passport and it will go back to Ahmedabad passport office. Because of urgent need, they gave 400 Rs and came out quickly.
