My vehicle carrying a crain equipment chennai to vizag. its 12ton over load . i ready to pay the fine in tada( ap) rto check post. but they are not put fine and get bribe. tada to ichapuram (ap) via nearly 1000km. all rto's are misuse the rules and collecting money from goods carrying vehicles. normally one district rto's bribes nearly rs.2,00,000. not only andhra. its happening all states, all border check post, all districts in india. Rto officers are misuse our govt. rules and favor them. in India one year Road Transport department bribe turn over more than Rs.30000 crores. why i pay the bribe means. i have no choice for paying the fine . becoz they are in power.
