Need to pay bribe for Passport verification

After verification is complete, I am about to leave the police station; immediately one cop ran behind me and he told me that we will forward your report to head office only iff you pay something to us. I told him that to submit the application I have already paid Rs.300. Then he told ok now also pay 300, you will receive passport soon; otherwise........
