Need Police Verification for supplementing RTO document

Hi,

I need a police verification for "Information of Tenant/Temporary Residence" because I was buying a bike and my birthplace is not Pune (only 7 month in Pune). The policeman asked me for 200/- inside police station saying that he needs money for stationary stuffs and being a good citizen we must help them. I paid the bribe. I wish I could have resisted him but my friends who are staying with me asked me not to get in any problem.
