My passport was stolen in UK. Went to the consul 5 times after 3 months to check. Finally, went to Consul's office, Mr. S V **********, paid him £100 on his desk and told him I needed my passport TODAY. He asked me to wait with my money for 3 hours, after which he took the money and gave me my replacement pasport!
