It was quite amazing , although i can drive i was never given a chance to drive. The RTO was so shamingly kind enough chap who saw me , a gesture of morning wishes and a sign in one of the document. That was all the procedure i did during my vehicle test. I was waiting for a while that i'll be given with some vehicle to drive and prove. But the agent came in and said, sir you can go home and you'll get the license delivered at home. I was really surprised, coz it is not supposed to give to a stranger other than the applicant.
He said, give me 2000, i asked for what ?, he replied for not driving and door delivary. I said i need neither , i'll do both by my own, once when the officer looked at this he said i've "failed the driving test". "Either pay or retest" was the situation i'm forced in. Inevitably i paid and got it delivered.
