Every new car registered is indirectly bribed through vechile showrooms .
When ever you buy a car ask the split up amount for life tax(10%of ex showroom), registration fee(500) remaining many thousands will be taken in form of handling and some other charges .
This is one such way, how public money is looted by officials in transport department .
