After my daughter was born this year, i went to Whitefield BBMP office to submit application certificate for birth certificate. After entering the building, i'm told that **************** is the incharge for getting birth certificates. She demanded 100 Rs to give me an application for getting birth certificate. I had no choice and i paid the amount.
