I live in USA and was visiting recently to India. I own few sites in bangalore. I promptly wanted to pay the taxes for the properties though no one had followed up. I was surprised to know that I have to pay bribe even to pay tax under the disguise of filling the paper work. I had no choice as I had limited time of stay in India. I did pay and my work was done. What about those POOR people???
