No option to register property at Varthur Subregistar office

I purchased property and I had to Pay Rs 20,000 for that. They have standard rate!! If you are buying from the builder, its 15,000. I purchased from Land lord option, so I had to Pay Rs 20,000. These people are becoming smarter. They don't take money from you. But builder / landlord pay to them to their agent in advance. So they won't get caught in raid or in the sting operation. At that time ********** Hazare's movement ton peak, but still they don't care about that at all!! I guess that the whole department is involved and everyone would have their share from top to bottom.

Earlier we had to pay bribe to do something wrong, but now we have to pay bribe even for doing right and legal thing. Probably to do something wrong, they would look for bigger deal!!
