No Parking fine.

I was asked to pay a bribe even though I was inside my car in a "No Parking" zone. To avoid any kind of problems, even though I told the traffic policeman that I will pay the fine and asked him to give me a receipt, he refused to do so and demanded that I pay the fine to him without a receipt. I din't know what to do in such a case. I had to pay him Rs.50 instead, after which he asked me to go away.
