Govt should display the rates for getting the certificates on a display board. Advance was paid and theres no proof..No receipts issued by the corporation here. Steps need to be taken to computerise this system.No accountability and no process in place. Everything is done by the office boy.Been there 3 times but i havent met the councillor. I couldnt understand why these people come to power.rather they can sit at home permanantly.
