I needed a driving license and i went to the thiruvanmyur RTO office, where i got no response from the officials, one asked me to go to the other side of the office and other got me back to the same place. This continued for n number of times. I could see a number of people standing and asking if we, the people who have applied for license want it immediately. As i had to go back to college in the latter part of the day to attend an exam, I convinced myself to get the license through them. This man, got a large sum from me and got me the license without even testing me. I felt really bad but had no other option then.
