I made a wrong turn right outside the Passport Office in camp and was caught by a traffic police. I accepted my mistake and offered to pay the fine if he gave me a reciept. He said that 'He had run out of reciepts' but I could pay him 150 Rs and he would let me off. I said I would wait for the reciept. He said it is with his superior and it would take that person 3-4 hours to get there. Clearly I could not wait 3-4 hours to pay a fine and was forced to pay thr bribe.
