We had to get a NOC certificate and our Building Registered by NOIDA Authority. Well, we had to pay a bribe of more than 25 lakhs to get it done - all of it was paid to officials in NOIDA Authority. If we had not done so then our entire building would have been termed illegal even though it was built after due allotment by NOIDA Authority itself more than a decade ago.
