I am a Chartered Accountant presently having office ********** residence at House No.D-88, Sector-30, Noida for past 22 Years. I purhcased the plot No. D-88, Sector-3, Noida in 1987 from Shri ********** Swaroop **********, who was the President of Defence Officers Co-op Society Ltd and my client also. I got constructed a house on this plot in 1987.
Accordingly to Rules framed by Noida Authority, a Family consisting husband, wife and minor chirden can have only one Plot in Noida allotted. In my case, ********** Swaroop **********, sold another plot A-61, Sector-30, Noida through her wife to someone. To avoid cancellation on ground of double allotment in the name of both husband and wife, Lease Deed of this plot was done through a Bogus Person. I made a written complaint of Bogus Lease Deed to Noida Authority. Even, order were made for the cancellation of this Bogus Lease Deed. However, then, Chief Executive Officer Shri ********** ********** Bains, allowed the transfer of this plot after accepting bribe of Rs.5 Lacs from ********** Swaroop ********** inspite of knowing the facts that the leaes deed of this plot is BOGUS. My Plot No.D-88, Sector-30, Noida was cancelled without any prior notice to me. Office Order were made for immeditately sealing my house on the ground of duble allotment in the name of husband and wife. Having no other option, I was also looted a sum of Rs.6 lacs then transfer of plot was allowed. An investiagation was done but filed was closed down intentionally. Then, detailed investiagation was, again matter was closed done. Again very detailed investigation was done again, this time also matter was closed. The matter was alos investigated by CBI. Finally, whole matter was investiaged again and Lease Deed of Plot No.A-61, Sector-30, Nodia was cancelled on 2.6.2010 by DCEO-Noida. Now, the CEO-Noida Shri Mohinder ********** is sitting over the file and harbouring the 40 officials of Noida Authority in any way.
I belong to a Freedom Fighter family. One of my close relative Late Shri ********** Saran Dublish has participated in 1925 Kakori Train Dacoity Case. He has looted the English Treasury for getting the freedom of our country. He was sentenced to ********** Pani by the English People. Later on he became MLA and MP from Meerut. He was slso the spiritual Guru of Late Shri ********** ********** ********** Ji, former Prime Minsiter of India.
It ia very strage that the officials of Lawfully constituted Authrotiy are openly looting the public, harboruign the criminals and filling their pockets. I am a Senior Chartered Accountant, having experience over 25 years. In my opinion, these corrupt officials should be hanged in front of public view. I am fighting my own battle. I woudl like to ask the esteemed readers to advice what should be my next action.
