While passing from Acharya Vihar towards Sainik School I was stooped by traffic constable because not using my seat belt. They asked to pay Rs 500/- for issuing Chalan. On my request for forgiveness the inspector in charge hinted me to pay half of the sum as bribe & he will let me go.

I paid Rs 250 instead of Rs 500 for my mistake & come out from the place.
