I was asked to pay a fine of Rs.500 for not wearing helmet. since i didnot have that much in my purse, i said i couldnt pay. he asked details about my family and then checked my purse. and then told to pay 100 and take the scooty.sine the cctv camera and an outpost was there, the traffic police asked to pay the money to another man standing a little far away on the footpath. persons who are caught are asked to pay bribes to this man who later gives it to the traffic policeman.
