Hi, I went to the Notary to attest a set of my certificates.
After attesting two sets of certificates, he asked me for 500 Rs. I was shocked to hear that and told him that I dont have that much money and can give him 200 Rs. He said it takes him 25 years of service to become a Notary ,he cannot continue in his position for long time and this is the general rate of attestation, and at the end we settled at 450 Rs (That is what I had with me).
Ashamed of these kind of govt servants.
