Nothing without bribe
Hi its Vijoy agarwala,from Midnapore 120 kms from Kolkata in west bengal, a B E graduate WAS interested in industries form a very young age, atonished to check that that u cant even go a single step without paying a bribe.To start a small unit, the first step to get projects approval, to get tax registrations no, to get statuatory clearances with complete documents, to get no objections, to get finance i was not able to go a single step forward without bribing and the worse thing is 75% of the cases governments officers i dealt with dosnt know their works properly. things are realy at a critical situatins where we dont know how 2 get of it, where to deal with and wht 2 do.
