Hereby like to submit a complaint against Incharge of SRO office VS16_Vasai No.6 JO.
Sir, I was there to submit my "Notice of Intimation regarding Mortgage by way of Deposit Of Title Deed" for which i have already made payment through maharashtra.gov.in website, and have generated e-challan of 1000Rs. and paid stamp duty of 100Rs as well.
After e-filling I received a receipt of same where it is clearly mentioned to pay Rs. 300 in cash at Sub-Registrar Office.
I followed complete procedure & after getting it duly stamped at bank. I visited SRO office for its submission.
Everything gone well but while making payment of 300Rs./- to Incharge there at said office. He asked for 500/-Rs i.e. 200 Rs. more to release receipt, which i had to pay that time. As I need the receipt.
Please help in stopping such Corruption going on in your registration offices and take quick action against such malpractices being practised shamelessly at these offices.
