Obtaining records from Records office

I paid a bribe of Rs 2000 at the Records office of the BBMP in Gandhinagar and Rs 3500 to the BBMP in Malleswaram to get hold of Encumbrance Certificate and a couple of other registered documents. There was nothing unusual about my requests.
