I needed water/swerage connection for my house and I have to required a stamp and sign of ********** authorisedand plumber on application form but there is no any list of plumbers in display not at ********** office and nor on website. Then I asked plumber name & contact and charges at single window of ********** office sector-56 they simply told me that they dont know and said goto any water works ask there. I went to water works near by office and i asked the same, the person told me leave your mobile no. and you will get a call after some time. Then i went again ********** office and try to go Estate Officer but before going inside his PA has stop me and ask me what is purpose to meeting the Estate Officer then I told him everything he standup and came with me at single window and told to the clerk for help to me. Then clerk dialed a number & discussed with someone & given my mobile no. to him. After some time I got a call and he was talking with me regarding new connection he told me I have to pay Rs.4000/- otherwise you will move piller to piller and i will not get the connection and this is very long process you have to go Sec-31 office, south city office, court, water works Div. etc... then i ask him are you ********** plumber? He said no I am private person and I will get a connection for you. You ahve to pay Rs.4000/- Which i have to pay some ********** official and keep some mony myself.
