Officer asking 5000 rs Bribe to for Katha transfer

I had to pay the bribe of 5000 rs to municipal officer for Katha transfer of my Inherited House. This is pathetic. I felt bad to give my hard earned money, but the official did not show any remorse. The only option which i had is to vent out my anger on this site.
