I went to his office with filled form for ITC certificate. He introduced me to a lawyer and asked him to help me. The lawyer said he would charge 3500 for the ITC - I asked why and he said for his services. I declined saying I already have filled the form, I went to tax officers office who rejected it stating I should listen to the lawyer. The lawyer brought his fees down to 2500 and the officer passed - only difference I went to this officers office with the lawyer. I did not change anything on the form.
