Old guy about to RETIRE

This incident infused in me anguish against government body, surprise for the confidence of the officer, and to some extent it was funny.
I went to register my company to this sales tax department which is responsible for company registration and more. When to spoke to chaparasi there for information IPAB, then with the little information I went to some higher official and again IPAB. Now, from getting a 10 rupees form to the completion of the process IPMB (I Paid Many Bribes). This is not the end of the story - till ********** I am paying bribe - REASON: Well the previous person appointed there was an old guy and want to make money before retiring. Infact, he did make a lot of money - twice from me. Then, this new guy who came to fill the old guys seat- asked me money and threatened me that he will close my company if I fail to ********** his demands. I hope this will continue in future.
I was surprised with the way these officers ask money, as if it is their birth right and government has entrusted them with some power to do so. WOAH!
I did share a laugh or two with my friends, since this old guys miser thinking about making money till the job shines, made us feel pity on him. *******
