Two of us had to get a photo attested on a form for UGC-NET exam. Had taken ID cards and gone to the ********** Nagar General Hospital on Old Madras Road. The lady doctor signed our form, but before putting the seal demanded 100Rs per attestatiion. There was one more guy who had come for attestation. The doctor demanded and made 300 Rs within that one minute! She said 100Rs is standard rate for attestation. Only after paying the money, we got the seal on our form.
