I paid 15000 for moving a pole from my house wall to 3 feet away. I launch a complaint 4-5 month before from reconstruction of my house. No action was taken in that time. They give me assurance and ask to start the construction. The pole was 150 mm away from bottom but tilted under my house 1 meter form upper side. When i completed my ground floor the pole was collision with my house wall. I can not construction my first floor without moving the pole away. I contact to BSES office and meet to JE and Sr. Manager they directly ask me for 15000 bribe. They threaten me "That the pole was tilting because of my house construction . I tried to write and complaint BSES Vigilance by Mail. The foreword that mail to my area Sr. Manager and JE who asked 15000 bribe from me. They call me, threatened and show me many file that was pending due to not paying any amount to them. I was very offset and in tension because of construction, Extra charges form my contractor, Paying rent, Material wastage on road etc. I paid 15000 to them. "They took my sign on a blank paper for any action against him." They send some person and break the old pole and install new one on same time without any formalities and delay.
