The apartment builder told me that I would have to pay 20k at the sub registrar tear office JP Nagar for registering of registering we apartment. If I do not.pay up the builder said that it would take weeks and may be months to get it registered.
He told.me that it is the standard bribe that they ask all apartment buyers.
