Hello we recently constructed a house...
the house tax has come to 8900.
when we asked him to reduce teh tx in records he said whats benefit for me..
we asked him what he is expecting??
he said based on the amount what we give him he will reduce the tax.
when we said we will give him 1000 rs he said there is no value for 1000 and asked 5000 we bargained till 3800 and so gave him a bribe of 3800 he finalised the house tax to be 4600
