First when i visit the office they advice me to take some documents like 10 certificate, ration card and affidavit by parents . when i took all then they said they need confirmation of not ragistraion by record and they delay more 20 days after 20 days they again reject my case and said carry ur mom or hospital letter how can if birth was at home and nurce was die. when i was dissapoint stood there a men come near me and ask me wht is problem . i think he was an agent of this work , he said officer will take bribe for ur work . that men demand 4500 and gave me my birth cert in next 20 days with the same documents i was carry and for confirmation i took a duplicate copy of ragistration . this time they was ragistered with 4500 rs.
