Paid 5000 Rs. bribe for IT returns

• Income Tax
• Income Tax Refund
• Paid INR 5,000

I have IT returns pending for about 80k. But it was not returned and was told that for 2010-11 I had to give some tax. My ITR V had nil balance correctly though. Was demanded 5k as bribe. The issue is still not resolved yet after a month, inspite of paying bribe. I should have fought it :-/
