Paid 8k for Municipal corporation to clear outstanding balance

I went to pay house tax of Rs.16,000 but officers asked me to pay just 2000 towards house tax and 8000 to officer where 6000 is waved off.

As i'm saving 6000 i did pay them. I accept my mistake. Now i'm happy to share this with u..but that was done due to ignorance but later on i started paying full amount.
