Paid a bribe of 17000 for a property registration in sub registrar office ********** nagar

I had to pay up 15000 Rs (demand was 30K) as bribe for property registration and another 2000 Rs to various employees for moving the file around to complete the registration done. I did not want to pay bribe but did not have a choice as time was important to me.
