This was my 6th visit to Amritsar Passport Office.The first two visits can only tell me the Documents needed to apply for the passport.The officials at the counter were not sure what they want.So the 5th time my car got puntured trice on my way to the office.The time was 9.00 am nd i made it by 9.30 am.Anyhow i got into the queue and finally submitted the documents. They told us to come back tomorrow for the enquiry.When next day i reached there,i dint get the ticket to ********** the passport officer.so i asked from one of the guards about the procedure.He told me procedure is simple.If you want the passpot today,i need to give Rs.2000 to him and he will contact the officer. I was already tired of my long visits to this office. so i gave him the money and got the passport on that day.
