Paid bribe at the ahmedabad rto

I lost my driving license.I went to rto and the procedure was to complex and long even no one was answering properly.i moved from window to window and one security person came to me and say give me 500 and will get work done in 5 min. as i was on half day leave i have to paid such amount!!
