Looks like a common occurrence at the international airport. they see 2 laptops, they shuffle you to the side and ask for a bribe for letting go of the second laptop. they use all the sophisticated scanning equipment to get more money. after a 20 hour long flight, just wanted to get out instead of arguing. so paid it and walked out.
